As a skilled facilitator and coach, Polly empowers individuals and teams through leadership design and organisational culture expertise built around person-centred theory. They’re dedicated to authentic leadership, fostering empathy and vulnerability within a neuroscience framework leading ultimately to increased sustainable productivity.

Working across the construct aware and individual realm as a trauma-responsive somatic psychotherapist, Polly uses the direct experience of individual change to inform larger leadership design interventions.
